Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of replai. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organization you represent.

Intended use

replai supports authorized business teams in drafting and managing responses to business reviews. You may use the service only for business locations and Google accounts you are authorized to manage, and you remain responsible for the accuracy, appropriateness, and authorization of every reply published through your workspace.

Account responsibility

Keep your account credentials secure and promptly remove people who should no longer have access. Workspace owners are responsible for invitations, permissions, connected accounts, location selection, and activity performed by their authorized users. Do not use replai to violate law, infringe rights, deceive customers, harass people, or interfere with another service.

Connected services and content

Connecting a third-party service is optional. Your use of Google Business Profile and other connected services remains subject to their applicable terms and policies. You grant replai the limited permission needed to process the content and connection data you provide to operate the service for your workspace.

Availability and changes

replai is provided on an as-available basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, or operation of the service. We do not guarantee that a generated draft is complete, accurate, compliant, or suitable for a particular purpose; review it before publication.
