Data Processing Notice
This page describes the product data processing performed by replai when a workspace uses the service. It is not a separate negotiated data processing agreement.
Roles and instructions
In the intended business use of replai, a customer determines which business locations and review content it connects. replai is designed to process that information only to provide the requested review-reply workflow and related operational support.
Categories of data
The product may process workspace user details, roles, business-location metadata, review content, reply drafts, approval decisions, audit records, and integration status. Do not intentionally use replai to collect payment-card information, passwords, authentication tokens, or other unnecessary sensitive information in public replies.
Security design constraints
The product design uses server-side integration credentials and browser sessions held in HTTP-only cookies. Workspace access is scoped by role, and data-processing controls include workspace deletion and export workflows. These measures reduce risk but do not eliminate it.
Requests and questions
Workspace owners can request export, deletion, or information about their workspace's processing by emailing hi@replai.to. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.
