Privacy Notice
replai helps authorized business teams prepare and manage replies to customer reviews. This notice explains the information we process to provide the service and the choices available to workspace users.
Information we process
We process account and workspace details, membership and role settings, location configuration, review content supplied through a connected service, reply drafts, approval decisions, delivery status, and security and audit records. Do not enter payment-card data, passwords, or other information that is not needed for a review response.
Google Business Profile data
When a workspace owner connects a Google account, replai uses the Google data that the owner authorizes solely to provide the requested review-management workflow: identify the authorized account and locations, read review content, prepare replies, and publish a reply only when the workspace's configured workflow permits it. replai does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. A Google connection can be revoked from the Google Account permissions page or by contacting us.
How we use and protect information
We use information to operate, secure, support, and improve the service; prevent abuse; and meet legal obligations. Browser sessions use secure HTTP-only cookies, and third-party authorization credentials are kept server-side. Access is limited to the workspace and role that has been granted access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect information using reasonable technical and organizational measures.
Retention and choices
We retain account, workspace, and operational records while they are needed to provide the service, maintain security, resolve support issues, or meet legal obligations. Workspace owners can request access, correction, export, deletion, or revocation of a connected Google account by emailing hi@replai.to. We may need to verify the request and may retain limited records where required for security or legal reasons.
