1. Connect a location

An owner or admin connects Google Business Profile and chooses the locations to include. Only server-authorized locations are attached.

2. Draft with context

Use an AI draft as a starting point or write a reply manually. Reviewers see the original feedback and current policy before making changes.

3. Approve deliberately

An approver records a reason before a reply is queued. The dashboard never presents a queued item as published until delivery is confirmed.

4. Escalate when needed

High-risk, sensitive, or uncertain replies can be escalated for a teammate. Keep customer-specific or private detail out of public replies.
